A Senate Candidate In California Wants To Legalize Dogecoin

Democrat candidate for the U.S. Senate, Timothy Ursich, wants to legalize Dogecoin in California. On June 7, the primary elections for the Democratic Party will feature Ursich as a candidate. Chiropractor and sports medicine specialist, the senatorial contender is well-versed in the intricacies of blockchain technology.

Dogecoin investors and Tesla CEO Elon Musk have endorsed Ursich’s Senate campaign. The Dogecoin community’s co-founder, Billy Markus, was also contacted for his assistance in seizing the Dogecoin community.

During the primary election, a candidate vowed to introduce a bill that would make Dogecoin legal tender in California. In addition, he stated that he will support cryptocurrencies and work to have them adopted by the general public.

Ursich prioritizes healthcare and mental health in addition to cryptos if elected. To find out if Elon Musk and Billy Markus will back the Democratic candidate, we’ll have to wait and see.
