Despite being the creator of the Shiba Inu token, Ryoshi never referred to himself as SHIB’s leader. Despite being the major decision-maker, Shytoshi Kusama has not claimed to be the leader of SHIB.
So, who precisely is the Shiba Inu token’s true leader? The answer to that question was written in the ‘All Hail the Shiba’ blog from the start.
SHIB’s true leader is its community members, who will continue to propel the organization forward.
In the initial blog, Ryoshi stated that the genuine leader of SHIB is anyone who ‘believes in it.’ Individual investors snowball into a group known as the ‘SHIB community,’ with the leader being the individual investor.
- “Shiba is Shiba. The only way someone is involved is if they claim Shiba. And if so then they are that. So the reason I am writing this (perhaps philosophical) message is to prepare you, my loved ones for the inevitable and present a vision of the future to carry forward as a decentralized community,” wrote Ryoshi in his now-deleted Medium blog.
