There isn’t a day that goes by when articles extolling the virtues of the Shiba Inu don’t appear. The amount of whales lured by the memecoin was most recently updated by WhaleStats yesterday. The claim that 5,000 Ethereum whales employ the smart contract without hesitation was made in this post. Over a 24-hour period, 2,000 of them seem to be the most active.
Shiba Inu has 5,000 ETH whales shopping.
About two weeks have passed since an XRP whale invested $210 million in 20 trillion SHIB. She would have accumulated over 48.7 trillion SHIB in her cryptocurrency wallet after adding this new transaction and using the same currencies she bought at the end of March.
In addition to this whale, the interest of ETH whales in Shiba Inus is noteworthy. We previously mentioned that SHIB is one of the top 10 coins that the 100 Ethereum Whales have purchased.
WhaleStats recently verified these claims by sharing the following yesterday on Twitter:

Currently, the 603 million SHIB that these 5,000 Ethereum whales have in their wallets.
How can we account for the whales’ rekindled fascination with the Shiba Inu?
The romance between the SHIB and the ETH whales is not brand-new. In fact, according to data from WhaleStats, on June 11 the $SHIB @Shibtoken overtook the $SLV as the highest dollar holding among the top 500 #ETH whales.

The top 100 ETH Whales list contained an average of 495.2 billion SHIB per wallet that day, according to statistics. That comes to $5,500,000. They owned $544.9 million worth of SHIBs in total. Approximately 9% of the SHIB tokens in circulation are represented by this.
stating that there were more than 1.17 million SHIB holders overall at the time. The loss of 20,000 holders from this HUD at almost the same moment wasn’t as serious as it could have seemed.
But for these whales to ride the Shiba Inu waves in June was entirely typical. Because it had increased 3.43 percent in the previous 24 hours to trade at $0.00001132 before WhaleStat’s tweet.
In comparison to yesterday, there was an 8% increase in SHIB price.
On the whale side of Ethereum, note that there is no lack of motive to collect the most SHIB. There is already:
- recurrent Shiba Inu bull rallies;
- the options for using it as a form of payment, particularly with the help of NOWpayement;
