Chipotle Now Accepts Bitcoin And Other Cryptocurrencies As Payment

Chipotle, a Mexican restaurant company, has announced that cryptocurrencies would be accepted as payment. The Mexican restaurant franchise is well-known in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and France.

To commemorate the announcement, Chipotle is also offering a 10% discount on your next purchase. Flexa is assisting the restaurant chain in deploying this feature.

Chipotle will be the latest retailer to accept cryptocurrency payments using Flexa. Customers can pay for bowls, burritos, and anything else on the menu with Flexa using bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Users only need to open the Flexa-enabled apps (Gemini, SPEDN, AirGap Wallet, and so forth) and touch on Chipotle. At the designated establishments, users can pay for their meals fast and easily with a single scan.

Flexa is now available in over 2,975 Chipotle locations around the country.
