An international education initiative called Mi Primer Bitcoin is located in El Salvador. In reality, explaining to the populace the complete ecosystem that President Nayib Bukele is an ardent supporter of, rather than imposing the usage of the queen of cryptocurrencies, is the more important task. 38 pupils from public schools in El Salvador completed a ground-breaking 10-week curriculum called Bitcoin on Saturday, June 25, 2022.
In El Salvador, bitcoin (BTC) is accepted as money.
El Salvador became the first nation in the world to accept bitcoin (BTC) as legal money on September 7, 2021. As stated on the “Mi Primer Bitcoin” website: “The goal being of course to free itself from the dollar, the official currency of the country since 2001, and from any oversight in general.”
“Our goal is of a world where people have more control over their own lives, where innovation doesn’t require permission, where censorship is challenging, and where money is decoupled from centralized organizations like government.
Despite all odds, Nayib Bukele is a bitcoin maximalist and is aware of the currency’s full potential. The introduction of bitcoin (BTC) enhanced the GDP of this little Central American nation that is ruled by the United States and promoted the tourism sector. Unaccompanied adoption of bitcoin is obviously not as easy for the general public. And wouldn’t starting in school make sense?
38 high school students graduated in El Salvador with Bitcoin Diplomas from a 10 week course taught by @raulgui13 at @MyfirstBitcoin_! Congrats to them & the teaching team. Sponsored by @IBEX_Mercado, @Bitcoinbeach @paxful. #BTC #Bitcoin

10-week course in schools on bitcoin (BTC)
You required a location, training, and money to put this free program together.
- The location is the Ignacio Pacheco Castro (the “Pacheco”) educational campus in San Marcos, which is a few miles outside of the capital.
- The Funds: Ibex Mercado is a Guatemalan business operating in El Salvador since June 2021 and specializing solely in bitcoin (BTC). The business has received financial support from thousands of people worldwide.
- The arrangement: A nonprofit foundation, Mi Primer Bitcoin, exists. Its goal is to deliver unbiased, superior education in El Salvador. On April 23, 2022, the Mi Primer Bitcoin teaching staff began the first day of instruction.
Legendary graduation
A record-breaking 38 students received diplomas at the completion of their courses. A new class began classes at La Pacheco on Saturday, July 2, so it’s far from over. Since June 28, this instruction in Ataco, also in El Salvador, has benefited a second school.
Through the Mi Primer Bitcoin Association, free lessons will be given to educators, parents, and members of the neighborhood in both schools.
Innovative training that is always evolving
This new bitcoin course now has a second version, and a third version, which will include more schools in the program, is scheduled for September 2022. Through their interactions, the students enable the training to be permanently improved.
Anywhere in the world, Mi Primer Bitcoin is always looking for instructors to lead introductory bitcoin classes.
Instead of universally rejecting cryptocurrencies, all governments should offer a Bitcoin-focused education curriculum. It would be better to prepare people in preparation for the revolution than to leave them in the dark. Large businesses like Bitrefill, which aired an interview with Gloriana Solano describing how Mi Primer Bitcoin works on its YouTube channel, endorse Mi Primer Bitcoin (in Spanish).
