Changpeng Zhao claims that since the company has offices in Paris, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Bahrain, regulators are aware of where to find the platform. Despite the fact that this seems insufficient, CZ sees this as actual advancement. The CEO of Binance US also thinks he has accomplished much because the company has permits to conduct business in 46 states.
